Housing - New Gate Apartments

The support services, simply those required to sustain independent living will be provided on an individualized basis with outreach as the main method of service delivery.

The project is a  partnership between Province of BC, City of Kelowna and the John Howard Society of the Central and South Okanagan and it is designed to fill an important gap in the continuum of housing in Kelowna.

Construction will commence September 2010 and the building will take approximately one year to complete. Applications will be accepted approximately two months in advance of occupancy.
