The apartment building is a supportive housing development for adult men and women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and working toward managing mental health and addictions issues.
The project is made possible because of a funding partnership between BC Housing, Interior Health, City of Kelowna and the Government of Canada. This is one of the initiatives from the Premier’s Task Force on Homelessness, Mental Illness and Addictions.
